Apple Pie Shine

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Add apple juice and apple cider to a large 4 gallon stockpot.
  2. Bring to a slow simmer.Add sugars and simmer until all sugars are dissolved,about 15 to 30 minutes.
  3. While heating up the mixture prepare your mason jars and add a cinnamon stick to each one.
  4. Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature.(Do Not Add Alcohol Until It Is Cooled Off).Alcohol will evaporate if it’s added before it cools off.
  5. Now pour all the alcohol in the pot and stir well for several minutes.
  6. Use a funnel and a ladle to fill all your jars leaving 1/4 inch headspace.
  7. Refrigerate and shake each jar every few days for two weeks.

Notes:

Aging two weeks will allow the cinnamon to naturally infuse into each jar..
Open a jar,sit back and enjoy every sip.
