Baked Spaghetti

Ingredients
- 8 oz - Spaghetti
- 1 Large jar of spaghetti sauce (1 quart)
- 1 lb - Lean ground beef
- 3 cup - Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 Small pack of pepperoni
- 1 tbsp - Salt
Preparation
- Brown the ground beef in a 12 inch oven safe pan, drain and sit aside;
- Preheat oven to 425°;
- Bring water to a full boil in a 4 quart saucepan;
- Add the salt and pasta to the water;
- Return to a boil and boil 10 minutes;
- Drain the pasta and rinse with cold water;
- Add the pasta,half the pepperoni and 1 cup of cheese to the pan with the ground beef.Stir to incorporate;
- Pour sauce over the pasta and spread evenly;
- Top with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni;
- Bake covered at 425° until center is hot and bubbly.(About 30 to 45 minutes);
- Remove lid to brown the cheese as desired;
Serve with a side of your favorite Garlic toast.
