Baked Spaghetti

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Brown the ground beef in a 12 inch oven safe pan, drain and sit aside;
  2. Preheat oven to 425°;
  3. Bring water to a full boil in a 4 quart saucepan;
  4. Add the salt and pasta to the water;
  5. Return to a boil and boil 10 minutes;
  6. Drain the pasta and rinse with cold water;
  7. Add the pasta,half the pepperoni and 1 cup of cheese to the pan with the ground beef.Stir to incorporate;
  8. Pour sauce over the pasta and spread evenly;
  9. Top with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni;
  10. Bake covered at 425° until center is hot and bubbly.(About 30 to 45 minutes);
  11. Remove lid to brown the cheese as desired;

Serve with a side of your favorite Garlic toast.
